मीडिया में एथिक्स विषय पर बात कर- कर और बात करने वालों के विचार सुन-सुन के मेरे कान दर्द करने लगे हैं। एक समय गांधीजी ने देश की आजदी के लिए कहा था करो या मरो। स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त करने के पश्चात अब सभी प्राइवेट काम करने वालो के लिए भी यही हालत हैं, जो कंपनी का मालिक कहता हैं करो वरना मरो।
भारतीय जनसंचार संसथान में जब से पढने आया हूँ पता नही क्यों लगता हैं। आख़िर सब मीडिया के peechey हाथ dhokar kyon pad gaye hai. yeh ek professional course hain aur hume yaha professional muddo ko aur aachi tarah se samaghne ka mauka milta hain. abhi tak ek mahine ki class mein kai gante toh media ke ethics par baatien kar ke nikal gaye. bilkul comman man ka sochna yahi hain ki media mein ethices kaha hain aur iske bina media kaise survive karega. samay ke hisaab se sab theek ho jayega. aur content aur concept bhi news mein space bana legne. agar koi media channel mujhe job dega aur acchi salary toh wah muhjse umeed karega ki maine uske liye kaam karu na ki khud ke liye. aur agar aap ko khu ke liye kaam karna hain toh pahle woh mukaam paana hoga jahna aap ki baat sunne wale jaroor ho. jab aapki baat sunne wale hoge toh un baaton ko follow karne walo ki sankya par jaroor dhayn dena hoga. yeh nahi ki taav mein aakar job chor di aur phir daar daar ki thokare kha rahe ho. bahut bade naamo par dhayn na diya kare kyoki woh apna mukaam pa chuke hain aur woh jab bhi job change karte hain toh dusari jagagh pakki rahti hain. isliye dimag ki baati jaloun aur apni akal lago.

I can understand your dilemma.
But at the same I must say nothing is alive without its ethics.
As you wrote that you are tired to hear all the debate, and you'll work for your recruiter, no matter what they want.
Some how you are right to save your job, & perhaps you get promotion.
But Let me tell you that First of all if you are a media person, you sud not afraid or tired of debate,
Debate is a healthy sign for growth.
And any work without ethics done is as same as sin.
You can understand what i am saying...I must mention here I am an IT security professional (sometime You can Say Ethical Hacker, Put the ethics out & you will find how weired it is)
And average people feeling that today media (no matter News channel Or Entertainment)is just behaving a starve of TRP & so advertisement to generate good sum of revenue.
Its all my opinion.
I wish you'll not mind it.
